  • All notices from Pinboy's At The Beach to You may be posted on our Web site and will be deemed delivered within thirty (30) days after posting. Notices from You to Pinboy's At The Beach shall be made either by e-mail, sent to the address we provide on our Web site, or first class mail to our address at:

    Delivery shall be deemed to have been made by You to Pinboy's At The Beach five (5) days after the date sent.
    Gift vouchers and package vouchers may not be redeemed for a cash refund. Receipts for unused portions of vouchers and packages will be issued upon use of a gift voucher or package, for the value unused at the time of presentation/use.
    Gift vouchers and package invoice identification numbers will be confirmed/verified upon presentation. Once used by the presenting party, gift vouchers and packages shall be deemed used at which time the value of presented voucher shall be diminished equal to the value used at the then prevailing rates.
    Gift vouchers and packages may be presented only once for use. They will be recognized for use by the name which is indicated as either the buyer or the "Person name for gift". Once used the voucher will be no longer valid for further use and its value shall be considered diminished equal to the value used.
